In addition, the client was unsure of how to unlock desired growth on Amazon and TikTok, particularly with limited experience on these platforms. Getting Results
pirawna implemented a strategic, multifaceted approach to drive the client’s growth. By focusing on offensive ad spend to acquire new customers, Pirawna supplemented Amazon efforts with TikTok ads and built out a TikTok Shop to further engage audiences and drive traffic to Amazon. In addition, Pirawna transitioned the client from vendor central to seller central, allowing for a more optimized business strategy tailored to eCommerce growth. This strategic shift gave the client greater flexibility in managing inventory, pricing, and customer engagement.
Pirawna also launched DSP (Demand-Side Platform) campaigns to boost visibility and further drive traffic to Amazon, along with an awareness campaign that capitalized on popular market trends. These efforts resulted in remarkable success: the client’s sales doubled in just 8 months, with a 274% increase in repeat customers. Despite the aggressive push, the marketing budget remained below 16% of sales, while the conversion rate increased by 6%.
Pirawna's strategies led to a 2.3x increase in revenue and a Top 50 Best Sellers Rank in the client's category.
